SHIPPING POLICY

We use reputable South African couriers to get your Edenvinne Beauty parcel delivered quickly to your door. Every parcel that leaves our office has a tracking number which we can use to track the progress of that parcel effortlessly. When a parcel is booked out with our couriers, our system automatically updates your order with your tracking number and notifies you either by email. 

Shipping times do vary slightly depending on your delivery address. 

We typically deliver within 2-7 days anywhere in South Africa, but occasionally parcels may have slightly longer delivery times because your location is in an outlying area. REFUND POLICY

As per South Africa’s Public Health regulation, personal care products cannot be returned for exchange or refund once they have been delivered to you and proof of delivery is available. This policy is in place to prevent the potential spread of contaminants and to prioritise the safety of our customers.

A refund or exchange will only be facilitated for products that are damaged on delivery and proof thereof can be provided. Products must be in their original packaging and sealed. A refund or exchange will only be facilitated once products have been inspected by our team.
